  • VINIFICATION

    Traditional red vinification conducted exclusively in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for about 5 days at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Malolactic fermentation, maturation in steel for 4 months and in bottle for 1 month

  • ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES

    Ruby red with slight purple hues. Aroma of ripe fruit with dominant notes of raspberry and cherry. Palate well mixed between agile supplied caloric and smooth tannins
