    Paduletti, Comune di Castelnuovo Magra, in the province of La Spezia. Vineyard has a total area of 1.5 ha.

  • VINIFICATION

    Traditional white vinification with fermentation conducted exclusively in steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Maturation in steel for about 4 months and bottle aging for 1 month

  • ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES

    Intense straw yellow with subtle green hues. Scent of golden apple and hawthorn flowers. Good caloric palate supplied with flavourful notes and pleasant freshness in evidence
