  • VINIFICATION

    Vinification conducted exclusively in steel with a short maceration on the skins for about 12 hours at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Maturation in steel for 3 months and bottle aging for 1 month

    Coral pink, delicate and transparent. A gentle aroma of wild strawberry and pomegranate. Palate predominantly oriented on flavour and freshness.
