  • AREA OF PRODUCTION

    The hills of Castelnuovo Magra, in the province of La Spezia. Vineyard has a total area of 1.5 ha.

  • VINIFICATION

    Traditional red vinification conducted exclusively in stainless steel with maceration of the skins for about 7 days at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Malolactic fermentation, maturation in steel for 8 months and in bottle for 2 months

  • ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES

    Deep ruby red with reflections changing to garnet. Aroma of red berries, black pepper and cloves with light floral hints of particular finesse. Palate of consistent caloric endowment, substantially equal with smooth tannins
